Freya Bidwell-Halls is a UK-based artist and photographer whose work explores the female gaze through portraiture across multiple media, including photography, videography, and print publications. She has a particular interest in printing matter.
Bidwell-Halls’ practice centres on themes of girlhood and female friendship, subjects that have deeply influenced her own life and continue to inspire her work. Through mixed media, she aims to capture the complex relationships of young people and girls.
She has exhibited work at the acclaimed BAD Space Gallery and AUGER Collective Gallery, Bournemouth, and has an upcoming exhibition at the internationally renowned Copeland Gallery, London. Alongside her artistic practice, Bidwell-Halls has worked with the AUB student publication Seegull Magazine.
