Hey I'm Lauren, British photographer based in the South West of England, graduating from Arts University Bournemouth in July 2026. My practice centres on the creation of constructed, dressed sets. Through these carefully designed environments, my work explores narrative, with each scene suggesting a story without explicitly revealing it.

I build immersive spaces using props, textures, and materials specific to particular themes or time periods. Different decades inform my choice of objects, from vintage clothing and outdated technology to wallpaper and lighting (attention to detail/historical accuracy). Through this process, I create a sense of a time loop within each constructed space, where the past is reimagined in the present. 

My work invites viewers to step into another period, existing within a continuous loop of creativity and memory, through my sets and images I hope to evoke a sense of nostalgia for viewers and for them to feel a sense of being transported to happier times
